Crypto Finance AG is a Swiss-based crypto-native digital asset custodian, part of the Crypto Finance Group. Acquired in 2021, it is now a subsidiary of the Deutsche Börse Group, a key component of the group’s strategy to build a regulated, scalable digital asset ecosystem in Europe. The company is regulated by FINMA and BaFin, and is recognised as a Qualified Custodian. It also holds a Securities licence, and is a Crypto‑Asset Service Provider (CASP) under the EU’s MiCA framework. Crypto Finance AG provides custodial services to institutional investors through its three main products: Custody, Trading, and Staking, via its subsidiaries and integrated SWIFT compliant platform, which features a proprietary settlement engine supporting atomic DVP settlement.
