The ratings assess companies’ public-facing IT infrastructures for breaches and other vulnerabilities that could leave it and its partners exposed. They are designed to help IT Security teams and others build resilience in their enterprise and their supply chains. 

Cyber Risk Alerts are a key part of this. Instead of logging into the platform, you can set alerts when you company, or a company in your portfolio, has experienced a significant drop in its score.  

The alerts will be emailed to you and any colleagues you nominate, and you can change your settings at any time.

Set up your alert preferences

Existing Clients 

If you are a client of our Cyber Risk product, you can follow these easy steps to set up your alert preferences:

  1. Log in to the platformlogin page

     

  2. Click the ‘Manage Alerts’ tabManage alerts

     

  3. Choose

    • Which organisations you want to receive alerts about

    • What score threshold should trigger an alert

    • Which colleagues in your organisation should receive the alerts

Non-Clients

If you are not a client of our Cyber Risk platform, or are unsure why you receive these alerts, you can email cyber-helpdesk@thomasmurray.com to find out more about the alerts, change their frequency, or unsubscribe from them altogether.
