We have completed an enhancement which allows evaluators to navigate easily to questions that haven’t been scored (or where scores have been cleared because of changes to answers) within projects. Please note that this enhancement works when there is only one response or when filtering has been applied to show only one response.   To access this feature select the ‘root’ of the Questionnaire directly under the ‘Questionnaire’ menu in the left navigation pane, then select the ‘Score’ tab. This will display the unscored and scored questions within each of the sections of a questionnaire:

Prior to this development, all market specific questions traversed through the list of markets associated with the project, however, this new enhancement makes it possible to have different markets for different respondents within market specific questions.

We are pleased to announce another enhancement to our SupplierSelect questionnaire platform:  Evaluators now have the option to change the colour of questions. This can be used in conjunction with the weighting which forms part of the weighted score of a questionnaire. The idea behind being able to choose a colour for the questions is to further differentiate the ‘for information only' type questions (which can be weighted with 0) and focus the evaluator’s attention on questions which may be more/less important depending on its colour.

Display unanswered questions

We are happy to announce that respondents and evaluators now have the option to only view questions that have not been answered. The option appears as part of the ‘Show’ drop down box which is found on the right hand side of the screen and above the questionnaire and its individual sections. Once selected only those questions which are yet to be answered by the respondent will show up, making the questionnaire easier and simpler to navigate.   This will allow respondents to see which questions are yet to be answered and evaluators to see where no response was provided.
